이 명령어는 ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled 라는 레지스트리 값을 0으로 설정하여 Windows에서 특정 사용자 프로필 관련 기능을 비활성화합니다. 여기서 "Scoobe"는 "Setup Complete Out Of Box Experience"의 약자로, 일반적으로 Windows의 초기 설정 과정과 관련된 기능을 의미할 수 있습니다. 이 값이 0이면 해당 기능이 비활성화되며, 1로 설정하면 다시 활성화됩니다.

Enable or Disable "Let's finish setting up your device" in Settings

1 Open Settings (Win+I).

2 Click/tap on System on the left side, and click/tap on Notifications on the right side. (see screenshot below)

3 Perform one of the following actions depending on which wording for this setting is available: (see screenshots below)

Click/tap on Additional settings to expand it open, and check (enable - default) or uncheck (disable) Suggest ways to get the most out of Windows and finish setting up this device for what you want.

Check (enable - default) or uncheck (disable) Offer suggestions on how I can set up my device for what you want.

4 You can now close Settings if you like.
